Introduction

A fast-growing international company was entering a critical phase of expansion. With approximately 50 employees and teams distributed across regions, the organization needed to move quickly while ensuring its IT environment could support growth, security, and operational efficiency. They engaged Zotech Advisory to bring structure, clarity, and strategic direction to their technology landscape.

Challenges

As a relatively new organization, IT had evolved organically. Tools were adopted rapidly to support daily operations, but without a clear long-term strategy. This resulted in rising software costs, inconsistent access controls, and limited visibility into security risks. Additionally, the lack of centralized identity management and automation made incident response reactive rather than proactive, increasing operational risk as the company scaled.

Solution

We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the company’s infrastructure, tools, and security posture. Based on this analysis, we designed a 12-month IT roadmap aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
The engagement focused on rationalizing the technology stack, optimizing vendor costs, and introducing automation where it delivered immediate value. We also established structured access management and foundational security controls to improve maturity and enable faster, more reliable incident response.

Impact

By the end of the engagement, the company had a clear and actionable IT strategy supporting its next stage of growth. Tooling costs were reduced through consolidation and optimization, operational workflows became more efficient through automation, and security maturity significantly improved. Leadership gained confidence in their IT decisions, supported by improved visibility, stronger controls, and a roadmap designed to scale with the business.
